<p>I had to set everything down a few times. Dropped weight on the concentration curls and face pulls.</p>
<p>but somehow I got thru it.  </p>

<p>Thursday 7/2: 25 push-ups, 25 squats, 25 mountain climbers, 25 burpees plus 25 jumping jacks and 2mi ruck</p>
