✰ Michal Braman has been averaging 4 CrossFit classes per week at KNX Fitness. He lost over 70 lbs year- absolutely crushing it!
✰ Carlos Raygada, CAL vet, set a goal this year to do 10 consecutive toes to bar and pull-ups fluidly. He crushed both goals & is now able to do 15 consecutive pull-ups.
✰ Jules Strickland earned his NCSF Personal Trainer certificate and is now teaching fitness classes 5 days a week.
✰ Wade Cook, is a certified USA boxing coach. In his free time at his gym, Brazilian Valetudo, he trains fighters. On the way to his NASM recertification, Cook plans to pursue his USA Boxing MMA certification. Cook is currently joining the CAL coaching staff to help veterans with programming & accountability.
✰ CAL Veteran, Carl Ey, is one of the leaders of the Virginia Vipers Softball Club for Veterans, the largest veteran-centric softball club in VA. This year, the Virginia Vipers selected the Catch A Lift Fund as one of their military charities to support during the holiday season. Thank you to the Virginia Vipers for helping Carl Pay It Forward and help a new veteran get started with CAL!
