What is Beyond the Whiteboard ?

Beyond The Whiteboard (BTWB) is provided to you through CAL’s Landing Zone. It is an app you can access from your phone or your computer that posts daily body- weight workouts, programmed by Coach Gary Ostroski (fitness trainer and CF box owner) and much more, for all of our CAL members.

This app contains:

  • In-home “body weight” workouts that can be done anywhere. No gym or equipment needed!
  • Hundreds of workouts, WODS, and exercises that you can choose from in order to create your own fitness regimen.
  • Tracking components for water consumption, sleep, mobility work, etc.
  • Identify patterns of strength and where to improve in your chosen fitness movements, tracked over time with viewable graphs.
  • The ability for team challenges and interaction with fellow CAL team members.

Getting Started

  1. Click on Beyond The Whiteboard link below
  2. Click on “Start Free Trial”
  3. Enter your first name, last name, email
  4. When prompted for a gym affiliate, type in “Catch A Lift Landing Zone”.
  5. Enter the CAL code you received as part of your enrollment in our program. If you have been accepted into the program and do not have your code, please email Meghan Burke at surveys@catchaliftfund.com to receive your code.
